Our conveyancing service includes:

  • Advising on contract terms and conditions before you sign;

  • Preparing and lodging documents with the Land Registry;

  • Assisting with stamp duty and State Revenue Office requirements; and

  • Attending settlement through the PEXA electronic platform.

We also advise on more complex situations, such as off-the-plan purchases, related party transfers, and property held in trusts or deceased estates. With a solicitor handling your conveyancing, you gain the benefit of legal expertise that protects your interests, not just paperwork.

Fees

Our fixed fee conveyancing starts from $770 (including GST), so you know your costs upfront.

More complex matters—such as off-the-plan purchases, related party transfers, or unusual property transactions—will need to be assessed before we confirm a fixed fee. In these cases, we review the work required and provide you with a price before we begin.

If extra work is needed beyond the agreed scope, we will always let you know and give you the option of a tailored fixed fee or hourly billing, if required, our standard hourly rate for professional services is $370 (including GST).

For clients in the Maroondah area, we can attend your home or premises at no extra cost. If you live outside Maroondah, we will discuss the best arrangements with you.
