Review of standard agreement rate $590.
Agreements requiring additional time or are more complex will be subject to an additional fee or hourly rate. We can advise of this fee prior to commencement.
Professional advice fees for other matters of an elder law nature are billed at our hourly rate. If your matter requires ongoing attention post an initial consultation, Kenney Legal can provide a fixed fee quote, if required.
Hourly professional services rate $290.
If you are local to the Maroondah area and you require Kenney Legal to attend your premises, there is no attendance fee. If you live outside of the Maroondah area, contact us and we can discuss suitable options.
